At Dario Tomaleti, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery options:
Delivery Options
- Orders can be delivered every day of the week, depending on your location and selected service.
- Delivery costs vary based on the service chosen, the origin of your item, and its destination.
- Express Delivery: Available for most destinations worldwide.
- Standard Delivery: Available in selected countries.
- When placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Restrictions
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.
- For US domestic orders exceeding USD $600, UPS and FedEx require a direct signature upon delivery.
Free Standard Delivery Thresholds
We offer free standard delivery for orders exceeding the following thresholds:
- United Kingdom: GBP £3600 (full price and sale items)
- United States: USD $4200 (full price and sale items)
- China Mainland: CNY ¥13500 (full price and sale items)
- Hong Kong SAR & Macau SAR: HKD $4500 (full price and sale items)
- Taiwan Region: TWD $20000 (full price and sale items)
- CIS Countries: USD $3450 (full price only)
Reduced Express Delivery Fee Thresholds
For orders exceeding the following thresholds, we offer a lower express delivery fee. The exact delivery price will be displayed at checkout:
- United States: USD $1500
- Australia: AUD $1800
- China Mainland: CNY ¥3500
- Hong Kong SAR: HKD $4000
- Japan: JPY ¥38000
- Republic of Korea: KRW ₩380000
- Macau SAR: USD $1850
Delivery Times
- Express Delivery: Most destinations in Europe and the US are delivered within 2-4 days. For the rest of the world, delivery is typically within 3-7 days.
- Standard Delivery: For selected countries, delivery is usually completed within 2-6 days.
Delivery times are estimated based on when your package is shipped and should only be used as a guide. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or payment issues, but we will do our best to minimize any disruptions.
Couriers
Depending on your location, we work with trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and DPD to deliver your orders securely and efficiently.

Order Tracking
Once we ship your order, we will send you an email containing your tracking number.
The tracking number will also be available in your account on our website.
Packaging
Your order will be packaged in our signature Dario Tomaleti boxes and wrapped in protective bubble wrap.

Transaction Fees
Possible transfer fees and bank service charges may apply. Please note that transaction fees charged by your bank will not be refunded by Dario Tomaleti.

Returns
Returns Policy
General Return Guidelines:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and packaging included.
- Final sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags (where provided), placed inside a protective shipping box.
- Please take care when trying on footwear—avoid marking the soles or damaging the shoe box.
- Items with a security tag or brand tag attached must be returned with the tags intact and in their original position.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene seals intact and in their original, unopened packaging.
- When trying on lingerie and swimwear, please wear them over your undergarments. We will not accept returns for items that are worn or soiled.
- Due to hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, along with all branded packaging and documentation.
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable, as they are crafted to your specifications, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrectly sent, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
- If returning from a country different from the original delivery destination, the customer is responsible for both return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.
- For a seamless experience, we recommend using our standard return service. If an alternative method is used, the customer assumes responsibility for the return.
Order Cancellation Policy (Consumer Contracts Regulation)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs). If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered, using one of the methods below:- Before shipment: If your order has not been prepared for shipment, we will cancel it, and you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
- After shipment: If your order has already been prepared or shipped, you must return the items once received. Upon acceptance of the returned items, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
How to Cancel:
You can notify us of your cancellation in one of the following ways:- By telephone, providing your name, address, and order reference.
- By email at office@dariotomaleti.com, quoting your name, address, and order reference.
- By completing and returning the cancellation form to the specified address.
Important Notes:
- We offer a flexible returns policy to enhance your shopping experience. However, we monitor return patterns and may take action—such as closing your account or restricting future orders—if your return behavior violates our policy.
- Your satisfaction is important to us. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please contact our Customer Service team.
Refunds
Once your return has been received by our brand or partner boutique, it may take up to 10 calendar days to process. If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds may take up to 14 calendar days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds to Your Dario Tomaleti Account
Note: This section does not apply if you are located in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, or India.
To enhance your shopping experience, you may have the option to receive a refund to your Dario Tomaleti account for future purchases. If you choose this option, the refunded amount will be added to your account and automatically applied to your next purchase, subject to an expiry date of 5 years from the date your return is accepted.
Dario Tomaleti is authorised to offer this option on behalf of our partners. By selecting a refund to your account, you acknowledge that you waive the right to receive a refund directly to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- The refund to your Dario Tomaleti account will expire 5 years after the date your return is accepted. After this date, the refunded amount will no longer be available for use.
- The visible refund amount will be automatically applied to your next purchase. If the total value of your purchase is less than the refund amount, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future use.
- Refunds to your Dario Tomaleti account cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to another account.
- We reserve the right to expire any refund to your account if it is linked to fraudulent activity or misuse of the returns process.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is flawed, damaged, or significantly different from the description on our website, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
We will coordinate with our partner to arrange the return of the faulty product. Depending on availability, you may choose either:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A refund to your Dario Tomaleti account (subject to the terms outlined above).

Due to the nature of made-to-order items, and the fact they have been specially created for you, we can not accept returns unless the items are damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
